We are currently in the pre-planning stages of this mixed private and social housing development. The project will look to provide 53 high quality homes at a reasonable price range in the Abercynon area. We will be aiming to build a mixture of houses and bungalows. We anticipate a project start in 2023 with completion likely in 2025.
The project will consist of a mixture of both private and social housing and likely to comprise of approximately 53 units. We chose to acquire this site as it is relatively flat and very spacious which is perfect for a housing development. Currently there is a high demand for housing in the area which would be very attractive to private buyers and housing associations. More information will be provided on this project as it develops.
