Mark’s involvement in the construction industry began 31 years ago as an engineer, further development and experience enabled Mark to operate effectively as Managing Director of ASD Build. Recognised as a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB) and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (FCABE) Mark’s main role is to engage with other stakeholders, directing ASD in the pre-construction stages through to construction.
Rob is the ASD Financial Director and a qualified accountant by profession. First stepping into the construction industry in 1998. Now with 23 years experience Rob is recognised in the industry at MCIOB level, Rob’s primary role at ASD Build is directing the financial strategy of the organisation and playing an important role in the strategic development of our future sites.
Mike has 23 years experience in the mechanical, electrical and construction industry. He has experience working at construction management level with ASD for 6 years. Mike deals with all construction work at RIBA stage 4 for ASD through to handover of all projects.
Rachel has 13 years experience at the front line of the construction industry having previously worked at the National Assembly for Wales for 12 years as an Account Manager. Rachel’s role at ASD Build is to lead the Project Management team to deliver all of ASD Build’s planned objectives and commitments at various development sites.
